Refund Policy

Important notice:Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, Art. 16(l)), event tickets with a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds are available only in the cases listed below.

Non-refundable and not convertible to cash

Refund process

Refund eligibility

  1. Refunds are possible only when the Organizer officially cancels the event
  2. The refund is initiated and processed exclusively by the Organizer
  3. No withdrawal request is required from you — the process is automatic
  4. The Provider's service fee is non-refundable

  • Attach your payment confirmation (if applicable)

Processing

  • Enquiry acknowledgement 24 hours
  • Eligibility verification 2–3 business days
  • Refund from the Organizer within 14 days of the official cancellation

Cases where a refund is granted

Event cancelled by Organizer
Full refund from the Organizer within a maximum of 14 days of the official cancellation
Event rescheduled
The ticket remains valid for the new date. Any refund is at the Organizer's discretion.
Force majeure
Refund or rescheduling in accordance with the law (Civil Code Art. 1351)
